Dubai Ice Rink is now offering women-only classes every Wednesday, with female coaches.

Groups and societies promotion at The Els Club

This free running club’s winter season starts today with a special one-off evening run in Downtown. Attend ten sessions and you’ll be given a free T-shirt.

Shark safari at Aquaventure

This new training programme gives participants the chance to achieve their goal of running 5km, 10km, half marathon and marathon distances. Training lasts between ten and 21 weeks depending on individual goals, and includes two running classes and one fitness class per week, as well as nutrition tips, motivational meetings and plenty of goodies from Urban Energy and Reebok.

Rugby Club Join this rugby club to play socially or join the competitive team. Training takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays, with games held on Fridays starting in September.

Take a trip on a Wonder Bus
See the city by land and water on this yellow and blue boat-shaped coach, which cruises around town and along the creek, passing many of the city’s best-loved landmarks on the way, and some hidden gems too. Evening desert rides at Mushrif Equestrian Centre
Head outdoors as the sun sets and try an evening desert ride, open to riders of all abilities, from beginners through to experts.
