Duplays premier football league
Sign up to be part of the largest football tournament across the UAE. There will be 160 seven a side teams across different divisions, age groups and cities. Register a team or as an individual, but payment must be made in full before you can play.

Dubai softball league
Take a shot at American softball with this men’s competitive league. Newcomers are welcome, and teams or individuals should register online and also must pay before playing.

2XU triathlon championships series: race three of three
This triathlon is open to all ages and abilities. All athletes are entered into a draw to win a holiday in the French Alps. The event takes place in Al Mamzar Beach Park, with the running segment on closed roads and a designated track.

The Great Dubai Pulse
Ride Cyclists, grab your wheels and your helmets for a day of two-wheeled fun. The event is suitable for serious cyclists, beginners and families and the day consists of a 5km course for families and kids and a 25km cross-country course for fitter cyclists. The event will round off with a brunch barbecue and family entertainment.

Dubai World Cup 2014
One of the biggest sporting and social events, The Dubai World Cup horse racing spectacle will see top horses and jockeys compete for a multi-million dirham prize. Spectators will be treated to the finest racing, hospitality and a post race concert from J-Lo. Dubai’s most fashionable people will be getting groomed and primped hoping to win the Jaguar Style Stakes, so be sure to don your best hat.

GIANT Duathlon Series
This run/cycle/run event is great for cyclists and runners of varying degrees of fitness. Youngsters are welcome to get involved too as the course is on traffic-friendly roads.

Dubai Motor Village
Car lovers, ought to check out this luxury motor show in the financial district. The event will display eight brands and 21 premium cars including Aston Martin, Ferrari, Bentley, Lotus, Audi, Porsche, McLaren and Maserati. Visitors will even have the chance to take some of these exclusive vehicles out for a spin. Register online for test drives.
