The GIANT Tour Dubike Cycling Festival 2014
Get on your bike and ride in this multi-race cycling event. The festival has distances ranging from 160km time trials to 20km sprints and races for children too.

Ashurst Sprint Aquathon
This event provides an endurance challenge for beginners and more advanced swimmers and runners. The race consists of a 750m open swim in the Marina, followed by a 5km run around the resort.

The Wings for Life World Run
Get your running shoes on for this new global race. Runners in 35 cities will be running 10km at the same time. All proceeds from the event will go to the Wings for Life foundation, which supports research into spinal cord injury.

Red carpet workout with Fitness First
This women-only workout includes three personal training sessions, nutritional advice, a monthly fitness plan. To register, visit your nearest Fitness First women-only club.
