Dubai Runners Run at Marina Walk
Join the Dubai Runners for an evening run, walk or jog around the Marina. The course is approximately 4km, with the first 500m run as a group, there after you can go at our own pace. RSVP online to join the group. Meeting place disclosed on registration.

Try Flywheel indoor cycling

Interval Training with Urban Energy Fitness
Runners who want to improve their speed and strength can join this outdoor session, which focuses on interval training and drills. This activity is suitable for both advanced and new runners. Sign up online in advance to join. This is a good time to start long-term planning your fitness.

Free Boot Camp
