The football season is back and if you think you can bend it like Beckham, then try out for this men’s amateur club. To register for trials, email with your name, age, playing position, previous football experience and how long you’ve been in Dubai. Individuals will be notified of date and location of trial on application. (no number).

Registration for the Color Run opens
Sign up for your place on the event dubbed the ‘happiest 5km in the world’. The colourful running event takes place on Saturday November 29 at Dubai Autodrome.

Asia’s biggest mixed martial arts event comes to Dubai World Trade Centre with nine international fights including America’s Ben Askren, who squares up against Nobutatsu Suzuki in a welter weight championship bout.
