Martial arts fans and practitioners can watch the nation’s most skilled Jiu-Jitsu martial artists grapple with each other for the title cup.

Free MMA Trial at Team Nogueira
Try mixed martial arts classes with experienced professional coach Bruno Machado. This martial arts centre is offering a free trial for newbies.

Saris Summer Cycling Challenge 2014
Cyclists of all levels can take part in this evening race. There are five races with distances varying from 50km-210km, and all riders will be treated to a barbecue after the race.

Bounce Fit classes
