COEGA Mina Mile Series Race One
This event offers swimmers of different ages and abilities the opportunity to test their skills and limits in the calm waters off Barasti Beach over 200m, 400m, 800m and 1,600m. Participants can choose their preferred distances and youngsters are welcome to participate too.

Pulse Rides with Cycle Hub
Ideal for beginners, this group 20km mountain bike ride takes an off-road route and is a fun and social way to get into cycling in a safe environment. All rides are faciliated by a member of Cycle Hub staff. Helmets are essential.

Trampoline Cardio at Optimal Fitness

Surfing lessons with Surf Shop Arabia
Wannabe surfers can learn how to ride the waves with these one-hour lessons. The group meets in Dubai but lessons are held in Ajman, Sharjah and Fujairah. Locations vary according to conditions.

Stable tours at Meydan
