Mixed netball with Duplays
Netball isn’t just for ladies – guys can get involved, too, with this new mixed league run by Duplays. The league is aimed at players of an intermediate level and each team of seven must have no more than three male players. Sign up before Sunday August 31 to get early-bird discounts. Sign up for the Core Fit Games
Athletes and fitness fans looking for a fun and social competition can sign up for the Core Fit Games, to be held on Friday September 11. Competitors will take part in a variety of workouts and prizes will be given to winners of each heat. After a day of fitness, competitors can enjoy
an evening of dance and festivities.

Snowrobics at Ski Dubai
The sub-zero workout returns to Ski Dubai getting fitness fans ready for the Ice Warrior Challenge, that will be held on Friday October 2. Each class will involve an intense 45-minute circuit that uses their own body weight, kettle bells and sand bags. Snowrobics is run in partnership with MMA Fitness Centre and its professional certified trainers.

Dubai Gladiator’s Challenge
If you loved the ’90s TV show Gladiators, you’ll want to get involved in this fun, competitive obstacle race. Register now for this event, which takes place indoors and fully air-conditioned. Participants can take part as corporate teams, social teams or as individuals. The challenges involve archery, tug of war, and the Gladiators favourite, The Joust.
