Cadence Theory promises big classes with big tunes

Sports & Outdoor

A new state-of-the-art cycling studio has launched in DIFC, promising a brand-new spinning class experience.

Cadence Theory is hyping itself as the most technologically-advanced indoor cycling studio in town, and claims to have pretty much every base covered. It looks interesting, with a huge sound system, a variety of musically-themed classes, the latest Technogym spin machines, a 6x4m big screen projecting virtual classes, some of Dubai’s most renowned cycling instructors leading physical classes, app-powered progress monitoring and even free SCOTT spin shoes for all cyclists.

For virtual classes, Cadence Theory has gotten hold of the renowned Les Mills Virtual programme to lead 30- and 45-minute sessions, which it claims will burn a lot of calories, get you fit and leave you feeling euphoric thanks to some of the best instructors on the planet. Virtual classes are priced at just Dhs60 per session, and there are 15 different classes to choose from each week.

Meanwhile, there are six different types of class led by instructors in person, with 14 available sessions throughout the week. Classes are priced at Dhs120 each, with bulk purchases of 20 rides saving Dhs400 across the course.
