Barry’s Bootcamp takes over Flow Talk Series

US Barry’s Bootcamp instructor to give inspirational talk in Dubai at Flow

If you’re the kind of person who loves hearing the inspirational stories of others to boost your positivity and determine your future goals, Emirates Youth Council and Jumeirah Restaurant Group’s Flow has something right up your street.

The restaurant’s Flow Talk Series launched earlier this year, but if you missed it, there’s another coming up that you need to look out for.

The home-grown, healthy eating hub is bringing over American instructor Bradford Rahmlow of Barry’s Bootcamp on Monday August 14 at 5pm.

Founded in Los Angeles and recently launched in Dubai, the high-energy, action-packed class, famous for whipping Hollywood’s A-listers into shape, is said to burn up to 1,000 calories per hour and has got Dubai’s fitness fanatics in a bit of a spin.

“Not only do we pride ourselves on offering the most effective, calorie-torching workout in the world, Barry’s is also a haven to a family of international fitness experts who live for health and wellness,” says Melissa Matich, general manager of Barry’s Bootcamp Dubai.

“Our beliefs are firmly in line with the principles of Flow and we look forward to inspiring their customers and help them make more positive choices in their daily lives.”

Rahmlow will be sharing his extensive knowledge of healthy living, nutrition and fitness with his Dubai audience, so if you’re looking for a few inspirational tips to get your eating habits and exercise regime back on track, you better not miss it.

Free. Mon Aug 14, 5pm. Boulevard, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Sheikh Zayed Road (055 293 4430).
