The Sheikh Zayed Road hotel’s gym has membership packages that start from Dhs600 per month for an individual, and Dhs1,920 for a family of four per month – that’s two adults and two kids below the age of ten.

Sign up to six months or a year and really reap the benefits of that 15 percent discount.

The spacious Infinity Fitness and Health Club at Millennium Plaza Dubai hosts state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines and strength training equipment, so working out on them will make that deal feel all the more sweet.

Personal training sessions are also available to book separately, should your workout regime need a bit of shake-up. During these sessions, the hotel’s experienced fitness instructors will guide you through your routine by offering personalised advice and tailored programmes.

If you’re more into group fitness, this is offered too. There’s also a pool, and you can sign yourself, or your brood up for swimming lessons both one-on-one or as part of a group.
