Dubai Fitness Challenge fest hits Burj Park

Penultimate weekend sees ninja warrior activities and al fresco workouts

In the penultimate weekend of action for the inaugural Dubai Fitness Challenge, the weekend carnival moves to Downtown Dubai for a special three-day weekend event.

Having moved on from the action-packed, adrenaline-fuelled weekend of extreme sports at Skydive Dubai in Dubai Marina last weekend, the Dubai Fitness Challenge will arrive at the other end of town from tonight (Thursday November 9) until Saturday 11.

In addition to a weekend of al fresco fitness sessions, workouts and general healthy living expertise, Thursday will see the arrival of a dedicated ladies only day on Thursday November 9 – with exclusive access to the full range of equipment, facilities, training sessions, expert fitness trainers and physio services. The free sessions include abs work outs, zumba, body pump and more, while there are also children’s play and fitness areas across the weekend to help take care of the little ones’ 30x30 goals.

Highlights from across the weekend also include a ninja warrior course that will put strength and agility to the test, various competitions and a range of food and beverage stalls offering fresh and nutritious snacks.

As the Dubai Fitness Challenge moves closer to its conclusion, the grand finale event on Friday November 17 and Saturday 18 will see undefeated boxing hero Anthony Joshua come to Dubai, making an appearance at the festival closing weekend in Dubai Festival City.
