Niall Horan to play in Dubai golf tournament

Ex-One Direction singer coming to town, and you can play a round with him

Former One Direction singer and global superstar Niall Horan has revealed he is coming to Dubai in January for the Omega Dubai Desert Classic between Thursday January 25 and Sunday 28 at Emirates Golf Club.

The singer has confirmed he will be flying in especially for the tournament, where he will participate in a ProAm competition alongside one of the world’s best golfers, Rory McIlroy.

In what’s going to be a truly one-off opportunity, fans have got the chance to play a round of golf in the ProAm with Niall and Rory. You’ll also win a seven-night stay in Dubai (including flights if you’re not already here), plus tickets to each day of the Omega Dubai Desert Classic for you and a plus one.

The Friday night clinic will run on Friday January 26 where Rory McIlroy and pro golfer Paige Spiranac will be showing Niall Horan how to perfect his swing and giving top tips to audience members. Anyone with a ticket for the day’s golf can head to the session.

Tickets for the tournament start at Dhs175 for a daily ticket, and kids under 16 can get in free with a paying adult. Expect to see top names from the world of golf alongside McIlroy, including Henrik Stenson, Sergio Garcia, Matt Fitzpatrick, Tommy Fleetwood, and even Colin Montgomerie.
