Struggling to find a spot to get your sweat on at Jumeirah? This new fitness studio featuring a range of signature classes should do the trick.

Reform Athletica will be opening its doors to all this April, seeking to keep you in shape while focusing on protecting the environment too.

The owners, inspired by their personal experience of Pilates and TRX exercise, decided to open their own studio designed to represent their vision of the ideal exercise space. Basically, they know what they’re doing.

The space will feature an artistic hub filled with displays by Mandy Barker, whose work aims to raise awareness about plastic pollution in the world's oceans.

Reform Athletica also seeks to minimise the use of plastic, offering only filtered water for consumers to fill up their bottles in a bid to reduce plastic use.

The studio's founder Dina ElShurafa has also made sure each class caters to a maximum of 12 people, so each person can get plenty of personal attention from instructors.

The classes will also be lively with upbeat music playing throughout each session to get the adrenaline pumping.

People can take part in the studio's signature classes, including the Pilates-inspired Reform Method class featuring the latest Lagree Megaformer machine, originating from Los Angeles. Swanky.

It will also feature the high-intensity TRX full-body workout with weight training drills for those looking to burn a whole lot of calories.
