Things to do in Dubai for Eid al-Adha 2018

With Eid al-Adha here this week (Tuesday August 21 to Friday August 24), there are some spectacular celebrations, fireworks displays and more going on around the city.

This week’s episode of Straight from the Camel’s Mouth will give you top tips on what to get up to during the holiday, and how to make the most of the whopping great long weekend many of us are lucky to enjoy this week.

From fireworks in JBR and Dubai Festival City to marvellous staycations across the emirate – via the QE2, Hatta Mountains and the middle of the desert – the Time Out Dubai team has it all covered to help you make this Eid al-Adha a special one.

Tim Skinner, Head of Video Content at Time Out Dubai is joined by Amy Mathieson, Deputy Editor, and Scott Campbell, Digital Editor, to go over all of this as well as the city’s best watersports designed to help you cool down this summer. Whether you’re flyboarding (water. Jetpack. Boots), wakeboarding or diving into The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, there are plenty of amazing options out there for you to try.
