Break your fast at this iftar pop-up in City Walk

If you're looking for a special iftar this Ramadan then there's a pop-up to try out.

This year, the team behind EAT Catering has launched Crescent Nights, a special pop-up that starts today (Monday May 5).

The pop-up at City Walk incorporates local Emirati favourites with a twist, and the set menu will be available from sunset every day of the week.

Dishes include grass-fed Angus meatball fatteh, thyme-infused roasted free-range chicken with lemon, saffron and pixtachio pancakes and maple date cake.

There will also be Ramadan juices, lentil, roasted pumpkin or minestrone soup and appetisers including slow-cooked lentil salad with macaroni, pomegranate and crispy onions.

If you’re scoping out the iftars for the week to come, make sure you check out Dubai Opera.

The auditorium of this famous theatre will transform into a magnificent banquet hall with three different iftar menus throughout the month.

Choose from Arabic delicacies and international favourites from the huge buffets and dessert counters every night from sunset to 9.30pm. There’ll be live musicians playing, too.
