We’re in the home stretch of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019, fitness fans of Dubai. The 30x30 Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019 is coming to a close this weekend (Saturday November 16), and to finish off strong, the city has a list of big events for you to conquer.

From last-minute deals on gym memberships to the huge DFC main event, Tough Mudder Challenge over at Dubai Festival City, there’s plenty of ways to make the most out of the final weekend.

Work out at Bluewaters Dubai
Sunrise jogs, intense bootcamps with Navy DXB, family Olympic challenges at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai – what fitness activities doesn’t Bluewaters Dubai have to take part in (for free)?

Throughout the final weekend of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019, those looking to smash their final 30x30 can head over to Bluewaters Dubai fitness hub to take on work out sessions that focus on healthy minds and healthy bodies.

Go on, take on a HIIT class and finish off the challenge with some sunset yoga.

M1 run at Media One Hotel
If you’re thinking about finishing off the final day of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019 on an adrenaline-fuelled (and literal) high, how does running up 33 floors sound?

The M1 Run at Media One Hotel will be kicking off from 9am on Saturday November 16, and will have runners around Dubai run 1.2km through its car park and then climb 700 steps. It’s a tough one, but for your efforts, there will be a ‘chill zone’ at the top with goodie bags, food and drinks, along with a relaxing massage to be had.

Each participant will get a tag to track their completion time, too, and you can get your tickets to it by visiting www.premieronline.com.

NRG three-hour spinning session
Up for an intense (stationary) outdoor cycling session? NRG over at the Marina Promenade has the spinning session just for you, and it’s completely free to sign up.

Taking place from 10am until 1pm, the three-hour (that’s right) spinning class will be held right next to Dubai Marina Mall. Not up for three hours? Not a problem, as spinners can also register for hour-long time slots and tag team.

To get involved, participants will need to download the NRG Fitness app, or email connect@nrgfitness.me to nab themselves a seat.

Take this class on and you’ll make up for the 30x30 times you may have missed.

Sofitel Dubai The Palm

If you’re fully immersed in Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019 and are fan of challenges, there’s another deal you’ll want to check out.

TEPFactor Dubai is offering up 30 minutes of free fun at its JBR site until the end of the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019 on Saturday November 16.

During Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019 from Saturday October 18 until Sunday November 17, guests can head to Tower Rotana’s Bodylines Fitness and Wellness Club and use all of its facilities, from its gym to its pool, for Dhs50 per day.

Plan on going more than once or twice a week? You may as well take on the fitness clubs monthly membership, priced at just Dhs250 per month. Now that’s a bargain.

What’s more, just to help get that 30 minutes per day, Bodylines will also be offering free weekly 30-minute group workouts every Saturday during Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019 from 10am onwards, all led by one of the gym’s professional trainers.

Tough Mudder
Tough Mudder, one of the UAE’s most popular (and muckiest) courses, is partnering with Dubai Fitness Challenge to be the main event of Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019’s final weekend.

Taking place at Dubai Festival City on Friday November 15, the world-renowned obstacle course will be the last effort to finish off Dubai’s annual fitness challenge during the final week of the 30 days.

This year, Tough Mudder UAE brings in over 25 obstacles both new and old, including the ‘Black Widow’, a series of 30inch long elevated tightropes suspended over water, and the ‘Leap of Faith’, which pits you against a water-filled gap.

For the experienced, expect the ‘Pyramid Scheme’, ‘Mud Mile’ and ‘Everest 2.0’ to make a welcome return to the Dubai Festival City course Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019.

The Waterfront Market
There’s nothing like a fitting Dubai sunset to finish off one of your last workouts for the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019, and The Waterfront Market in Deira has just the class to stretch you out.

Aimed for yogis of all levels, ‘namaste masters’ from The Yoga House Dubai will be holding a 45-minute class that’s completely free to head to.

Taking place from 5pm until 5.45pm on Friday November 15, 80 spots will be available, but get down there early, as it’s on a first come, first serve basis. Yoga mats will also be provided, but it’s recommended to bring your own water.

Feeling peckish afterwards? Take to the restaurants, cafés and stalls along the promenade to round off Dubai Fitness Challenge 2019 in a relaxing way.
