Dubai Shopping Festival 2020: Free concerts with Liam Payne, Jorja Smith and Cheb Khaled announced

Five huge international music stars have been announced as the headline acts for the opening event for the 2019-2020 Dubai Shopping Festival, as the 25th edition of the festival confirms a huge, two-day free concert.

Cheb Khaled, Sherine Abdel Wahab and Hussain Al Jassmi have been confirmed to play a free concert in Burj Park in Downtown Dubai on Thursday December 26. Former One Direction star Liam Payne and singer-songwriter Jorja Smith will then be hitting the stage on Friday December 27.

Over the two days, there’s going to be a range of different activities, light shows, live entertainment, a dedicated Burj Khalifa light show and the launch of a brand-new Dubai Fountain show.

For the family, there will be a crafting station for kids, a ball pit, a huge jigsaw game, and a Golden Ticket Booth, where you can grab 25 golden tickets and be in with a chance of winning some massive prizes.

Music fans will be able to create their own tunes with different instruments, and a unique music sensory experience, where your voice will be turned into a light tunnel. It’s all very futuristic.
