Looking to add a bit of art and culture to your life this month? Well, Dubai’s popular 3D art festival, Dubai Canvas, is back.

Complete with 3D street artists, public art pieces, art shows, street performers and more, the free-to-attend art festival aims to inspire creativity and innovation across Dubai.

The yearly event, which has been taking place since 2015, is happening inside City Walk’s indoor mall until Monday August 31.

This year's theme is 'Travelling through Art’ and art fans can expect to see pieces from talented UAE-based artists Mahra Al Falahi and Saggaf Al Hashmi and Mexican painter and Guinness World Record holder Juandrés Vera who has had his 3D artwork showcased all across the globe.

There are also art shows from Emirati calligrapher Ahmed Al Mahri and Serbian artist Milan Katanic who uses a swinging pendulum to create stunning pieces of art.

On Fridays and Saturdays, guests can also expect a line-up of family-friendly entertainment from 4pm until 9pm. From live art shows, musical performances, a mime and more, there’s plenty of fun to be had.

Head here for all things art and culture related across Dubai.
Free. Open Sun-Thu 10am-10pm, Fri-Sat 10am-midnight. Until August 31. City Walk, Al Wasl, www.citywalk.ae.
