With workouts to do right in your living room, cooking with celebrities in the kitchen and shows to watch online if you’re after a one-stop shop for it all, Recharge is it.

The new Dubai-based online lifestyle channel has officially launched, and it features everything from workouts to cooking and life talks starring leading instructors in the region.

Available now on its online platform, users can sign up with a ten-day free trial to check out all of its content, boasting multiple episodes on all things fitness and cooking, refreshed every week.

What to expect? Instructional videos on HIIT classes, body weight resistance training, various types of yoga, posture and mobility, combat-based fitness sessions, along with cooking and kitchen tricks and tips including ‘how not to overeat’ and cooking for beginners.

Along with a life talk episodes, there’s a kid’s fitness programme that will soon be available so the whole family can get involved.

The subscription is priced at Dhs30 per month, and Dhs300 for the year, and you can get yourself signed up by heading to www.rechargedxb.tv.
