There’s no better time in Dubai to start mastering the kitchen and creating an array of different dishes, and if you’re after a meaty feast, Couqley has just the kit.

The French bistro and bar in JLT has launched ‘Couqley At Home’, offering residents of Dubai DIY barbecue boxes featuring steaks, burgers and even a roast turkey dinner. Sharpen those knives.

Now available for delivery from its restaurant, the ‘Grill Your Own Burgers’ package comes with burger patties, potato buns, aged cheddar cheese, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, condiments and frozen fries.

There are also different portions available, from two to 12 patties than can be ordered, along with additional sides such as potato gratin, truffle potato purée and portobello mushroom and Parmesan.

As for the ‘Grill your own Steaks’ package, expect prime beef to recreate the French bistro’s signature steaks, along with its secret sauces, potatoes, and a green salad.

First off, there’s Couqley’s steak frites, with steak sizes up to 280g, along with the entrecote, a 250g tender rib-eye that comes with green salad, rosemary cubed potatoes, or French fries.

Cooking for the whole family? The roast turkey dinner package is right up your alley. There are three sizes up for grabs, for groups of six to eight people, eight to ten an ten to 12.

It comes with wild mushroom stuffing, mashed potatoes, grilled rosemary vegetables, gravy and a portion of wild rice and signature summer salad with cranberries and pomegranate. For some extra taste, there’s also a truffle butter basted skin for the turkey at an extra cost.
