Consider yourself the ultimate sandwich master? Or (pfff) wish you were? There is legitimately no time like the present to take things to the next level.

And not just because you’ve got (just a touch?) more time on your hands at home these days.

Dubai’s renowned Mattar Farm Kitchen has now launched delivery of its house-made smoked deli meats across the city.

A home-grown UAE brand, The Mattar Farm Kitchen and founding pitmaster Hattem Mattar are no strangers to the Emirates’ pop-up and catering scene. (If you haven’t queued for 20 minutes to get your hands on Mattar’s brisket sandwich – take it from us, you haven’t lived.)

And now, fans of small batch, smoked-to-order deli meats can get them delivered straight to their homes in Dubai, as the brand expands its remit to deliver quality produce to everyone staying indoors.

Right now, the menu features the below, available in either 250g or 500g packs:

• Smoked turkey breast (Dhs9 per 100g)
• Smoke veal bacon (Dhs12 per 100g)
• Smoked pastrami (Dhs21 per 100g)
• Smoked chicken breast (Dhs10.50 per 100g)

Orders can be placed over the phone or via WhatsApp on 052-MATTARS (6288277) or through Mattar Farm Kitchen’s Instagram @themattarfarm, with delivery taking place once a week across the city.

Deli meats can keep for two weeks in the fridge, and keep for three to five days once opened.

And even if you’re not a sandwich fan (gasps), Mattar promises its deli meats are incredibly versatile, so throw them in a soup or build a healthy salad around them.

Pass the mustard… And don’t hold back on the sauerkraut.
Order now at @themattarfarm on Instagram or call 052 628 8277).
