Daily Zoom fitness classes launched by Dubai start-up Best Body Co

Staying at home and looking to keep fit? Join the club – in fact, join the virtual club, because a Dubai-based start-up has launched a new live and interactive video workout that’s kicking off next week.

Best Body Co, the founders of the 6in4 Challenge (which we did a little while back, see how we did here), have launched the BBC At Home challenge using video conference app Zoom.

Starting on Sunday April 5 and running through until Friday April 10, there will be two classes a day – one in the morning, one in the evening. Timings alternate throughout the week: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday will have classes at 8am and 7pm, while Monday and Wednesday will have classes at 7am and 6pm. Friday will have one class only, at 9am.

You’ll be pleased to hear that you don’t need any equipment for the workouts, although the trainers do joke that if you want to make it even harder then you’re welcome to use extra weights.

The six-day programme costs Dhs150 + VAT, and if you really want you can attend every session, which will take your average cost down to Dhs13 per class.
