Hotel Eden Roc, Switzerland
The hotel in Ascona has just re-opened the restaurant La Brezza. On May 4 2015, two Michelin-awarded chef Mauro Colagreco will join the hotel for a one-off event, as part of the Sapori Ticino culinary festival, which features representatives from the 50 best restaurants in the world. This package includes an overnight stay with breakfast, welcome drink at the Eden Bar and use of the Eden Roc Spa.

Jumeirah Bodrum Palace Hotel
This new hotel in Turkey, located at Zeytinlikahve Cove, ten minutes from the city centre of Bodrum, is due to open on May 1. It boasts 57 swimming pools as well as views of the Aegean Sea. Online reservations open in April.
