Dubai to Croatia flights are launched in time for summer

Four planes a week will take off for the European destination

Get ready to experience the gorgeous landscapes of Dubrovnik – the airline flydubai has launched flights to Croatia for summer.

The city is located on the spectacular coastline of the Adriatic sea and is known for its Old Town, which is included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

Four planes a week will take off for the European destination between today and October 25 this year. Fares are available from Dhs1,245 return.

It follows the airline’s launch of flights to Krakow in Poland earlier this month and upcoming summer routes to Catania in Italy and Thessaloniki in Greece.

It brings flydubai’s total number of destinations in Europe to 26 across 135 weekly flights.

The airline’s senior vice president Jeyhun Efendi said: "flydubai is the first airline to offer passengers convenient, direct flights from Dubai to Dubrovnik.

"Our new service reflects flydubai’s commitment to open up 71 previously underserved markets on our network of more than 90 destinations.

"We offer affordable travel options in both Business and Economy Classes together with an enjoyable experience on board our young fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft."
